A Case of Idiopathic True Precocious Puberty

Abstract
|
|
|
We experienced a case of idiopathic true precocious puberty in a 610/12-year old male. He noted long and thick penis, large testicle and scrotum, advanced bong age and thickening and curling of the pubic hair.
Diagnosis was made by clinical signs and measurement of serum gonadotropin, testosterone, LHRH and hCG stimulation test and brain CT scanning.
